Now platform within an ICT Service Management environment: administering and securing the platform, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and supporting users and enhancement projects.

Now platform Managing platform security, upgrades, incidents and availability Gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions Supporting Service. Now enhancement projects and bug fixing Contributing to risk management, disaster recovery and service continuity Delivering training and user support, and maintaining technical documentation Requirements: EU citizenship Hands-on experience in Service.

Now administration , including security and upgrades Good knowledge of ITSM processes , especially incident and change management Practical experience with MariaDB Business analysis skills Service. Now certification(s) Bachelor's degree English at C1 level and fluent Polish
