Technical Procurement Coordinator

The Technical Procurement Coordinator supports the purchase and build of new assets and the modification of existing assets used in manufacturing and oilfield operations. The role reviews engineering requirements and technical specifications, coordinates drawings and approvals, obtains supplier quotations, creates and maintains purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and verifies material and asset documentation for accuracy and traceability.

The position works closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Shipping and Receiving, Accounting, machine shops, and material suppliers. This role does not procure software, IT products, IT services, or other information technology-related items. This position reports to the Procurement Supervisor and/or Procurement Manager.
