Key Responsibilities

Sales and Lead Generation: Actively prospecting, networking, and cold-calling to find new clients. Policy Sales & Customization: Assessing client risks and customizing insurance programs (property, casualty, life, health) to fit within the carrier's product portfolio. Client Consultation: Interviewing prospective clients to analyze their current financial situation and coverage gaps.

Policy Servicing & Renewals: Handling policy renewals, updates, and endorsements to maintain customer retention. Claims Assistance: Acting as a liaison between the client and the insurance company, guiding policyholders through the claims process. Administrative Maintenance: Updating and maintaining accurate client records in company systems.

Common Job Requirements: Licensing: State-required insurance licenses. Sales Focus: Strong desire to meet or exceed monthly/annual sales quotas set by the parent company. Customer Service: Excellent communication skills to build long-term relationships and handle client inquiries. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the specific company’s, rules, and underwriting guidelines.
