We are seeking: A highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a full-time Loan Officer Assistant. This position provides essential administrative and operational support to our Mortgage Loan Officers and plays an important role in supporting the residential mortgage process from application through closing.

The successful candidate will assist with maintaining file accuracy and quality, communicating with borrowers, managing documentation, monitoring the loan pipeline, supporting underwriting-related activities, tracking key milestones, coordinating closings, and assisting with related marketing and business development efforts.

• Paid Federal Holidays Requirements 2+ years of mortgage, banking, lending, real estate, title, processing, or related experience preferred. Strong understanding of residential mortgage lending processes preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and proactively. Microsoft Office proficiency required. Experience with loan origination systems and mortgage technology platforms preferred.
