Superintendent

National Superintendent Knight Commercial is seeking an extremely experienced and highly qualified Commercial Construction Superintendent with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience. The qualified candidate will have direct experience managing commercial construction projects with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects from start to completion Coordinate and manage subcontractors, schedules, and materials Review, interpret, and work from construction plans and drawings Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and on-site teams Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination and installation Qualifications Minimum 5 years of documented experience as a Construction Superintendent Strong background in ground-up industrial and commercial construction Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Solid understanding of MEP systems Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
