Consumer Loan Processor Underwriter
Job description
About the Role
The Consumer Loan Processor/Underwriter works with the Consumer Loan Advisor providing basic customer service to our clients. They assist in gathering documents from clients and vendors to prepare loans for file underwriting. This individual will help track timely delivery of disclosures, documentation and analyze income and collateral documentation.
The individual must be detail oriented, self-motivated and have excellent customer service, communication, organizational and time management skills.
