Primary Responsibilities Supervise skilled services provided by New Dimensions Home Care Agency Participate in policy decisions affecting patient care services Collaborate with administrative staff and other department personnel in planning services for clients Supervise and develop comprehensive training for RN Case Managers Assist in facilitating weekly multidisciplinary meetings Provide leadership and support for nursing staff Manage day to day operations of Case Managers and other nursing staff Qualifications Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience Minimum of 1 year in nursing leadership or management preferred Must have valid driver's license Must have valid auto insurance Interested candidates apply at newdimensionshhc.
