• Franklin Lakes, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (Home Care) Company: Affirmed Home Care Looking for flexible scheduling, meaningful one-on-one care, and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of pediatric patients? Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support multiple pediatric home care cases throughout Wayne, Pompton Plains, and Franklin Lakes, NJ . These cases offer a mix of weekend, overnight, and evening opportunities, making them ideal for nurses seeking part-time, full-time, or supplemental hours. ⭐ Available Pediatric Cases Wayne, NJ 15-year-old pediatric patient Trach and ventilator dependent Private duty 1:1 nursing care Weekend 16-hour coverage Potential to transition into a full 16x7 case Pompton Plains, NJ Pediatric patient requiring trach, ventilator, and G-tube care Overnight skilled nursing support 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts Approximately 40 hours per week available Franklin Lakes, NJ Pediatric patient requiring private duty nursing support Transportation and care coordination assistance Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evening coverage Sunday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM ⭐ What You'll Do Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home setting Monitor and manage tracheostomy and ventilator support as ordered Administer and monitor G-tube feedings Perform comprehensive patient assessments and skilled nursing interventions Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Develop and implement individualized plans of care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with families, physicians, and the pediatric clinical team ⭐ Pay Rate RN: Up to $45/hr ⭐ What You Bring Active New Jersey RN License Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-tube care preferred Current BLS Certification Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Physical exam within 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years) Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption ⭐ Why RNs Love Working With Us Meaningful 1:1 pediatric care Multiple case opportunities in the same service area Flexible scheduling and the potential to build a full-time schedule Competitive pay rates Supportive pediatric clinical team Responsive communication and ongoing clinical support Opportunities for additional hours and long-term case stability Career growth within a rapidly expanding pediatric program Equal Opportunity Employer Affirmed Home Care welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
