Position Summary

The Store Manager is expected to meet and exceed location sales goals, oversee retail operations, and provide a world-class shopping experience to our customers. The Store Manager will lead by example and develop teams to assist customers with the purchase/installation of ZAGG innovative products along with mobile device repair needs.

Retail Channel Partners is the Master Franchisor for ZAGG retail stores; managing, owning, and operating stores across the US and CAN. ZAGG is the industry leader in screen protection with their world-renowned Invisible. Shield products, Gear4 cases, mophie power, and mobile Bluetooth® keyboards. What You’ll Need to Be Successful 40% Retail Sales To Greet and assist customers with the purchase of all ZAGG products To Maintain expert knowledge of all ZAGG-branded products To Help customers make the best-informed decisions concerning ZAGG products To Provide professional installation of ZAGG protection products on customer devices 30% Team Development To Set and review goals with team members To Create development plans for team members To Ensure team members are executing the sales process To Train team members to be up to date with the latest products and promotions To Conduct regular interviews 10% Inventory Management and Store Operations To Conduct regular inventory counts To Receive inventory shipments into point of sale To Process all warranty claims To Keep the store clean, stocked, and well organized both front of house and back of house 10% Managerial Duties To Build a weekly store schedule To Handle customer escalations To Communicate with District Manager & attend regular conference calls To Ensure deposits and delivered to the bank in a timely manner 10% Other Duties as Assigned Skills Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (part-time hours) Outgoing, friendly, customer-focused attitude Must be highly motivated and driven Represent ZAGG in a positive and professional manner High ethical standards and personal qualities Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills/team-oriented Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers (both written and verbal) Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2-4 years experience in a retail or similar sales environment Basic computer skills Managerial experience preferred ZAGG product knowledge preferred ZAGG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
