Clerical Representative

Health Prime is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Representative to join our team in Salem, NH. Key Responsibilities

Scan and electronically file documents accurately and efficiently Sort, organize, and batch documents for processing Match insurance checks to Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) Maintain and update work logs and tracking spreadsheets Ensure accuracy and completeness of assigned work Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including: Outlook Word Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Previous office, clerical, or administrative experience Healthcare industry experience Work Location This position is fully onsite at our Salem, NH office .

Candidates must be able to work from the office during scheduled business hours. The anticipated pay range for this position is $15.50 - $18.00 per hour . Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, education, and business needs.
