• Food Service, Grill Cook – Paycom Job Posting Job Title: Grill Cook / Food Service Worker Job Description: ECI Management Group is looking for a dependable and hardworking Grill Cook to join our food service team. This position is responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch items while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced college café environment. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and cook burgers, chicken sandwiches, breakfast items, and other grill menu items. Operate grills, flat tops, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely. Follow recipes, portion control guidelines, and food quality standards. Prepare food orders accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation. Monitor food temperatures and follow all food safety procedures. Stock and rotate food products using FIFO procedures. Assist with food preparation, stocking, and cleaning as needed. Work with team members to ensure fast and friendly customer service. Follow all company policies and health department regulations.

Qualifications

Previous grill or restaurant cooking experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, breakfast and lunch shifts.
