Catering Culinary Staff

CATERING CULINARY STAFF Job Number: 191 Salary: $19.00 Department: Catering Days/Hours: 10-15 hrs/wk, Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm; Occasionally, Saturday and Sunday Duties: Washing dishes, pots, pans, and other various equipment for the Commissary and Catering departments of UCLA Restaurants; Deep cleaning of Commissary kitchen on a regular basis.

Also, preparing of food for the mentioned departments. Food experience is a plus, but hands on training by culinary staff on basic cooking skills in team oriented environment is included.

Requirements

Able to follow specific instructions regarding kitchen. Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to lift and carry at least 50lbs. Must work commencement weekend. Note: Employees are not allowed to accept tips.
