Job description
Job Title: Assistant Hospitality Manager Reports to: Lodge Manager Level: Salaried Schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, or as per manager’s discretion and business needs
Scope: Supports the Hospitality Manager in the total operation of an assigned lodge and assumes full responsibility for the site in the manager’s absence — supervising department teams, supporting budget and reporting accuracy, and upholding guest experience and safety standards.
