Job Title: Engineer, Facility Management Reporting To: Manager, FM

• Central Function: Human Resources Department: Facility Management Grade: M9 Position Type: Regular WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS: Delivers safe, reliable and cost-effective FM projects across Maaden facilities. Controls scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk to protect operations, strengthen asset performance and secure compliant handover. WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER: Project Delivery: Deliver FM capital, renovation, infrastructure and improvement projects to approved scope, budget, schedule, quality and HSE standards. Drive execution from requirements and design review through commissioning, handover and close-out. Technical Quality: Approve practical, maintainable civil and multidisciplinary solutions. Validate technical submissions, inspections, testing, defects and handover records. Cost, Risk & Compliance: Control budgets, claims, variations, schedule risks and corrective actions. Enforce Maaden HSE, permit-to-work, regulatory and building-code requirements. Contractor & Stakeholder Performance: Drive contractor delivery, safety, quality, resourcing and contractual performance. Align FM, Engineering, Procurement, HSE, Finance, users and service providers on decisions. Performance Improvement: Report progress, risks and actions clearly. Capture lessons and standardize effective delivery practices. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: Projects delivered safely, on time, within budget and to scope. Facilities handed over complete, compliant and ready for operation. Risks, variations and contractor gaps resolved early. Clear reporting enables fast decisions and stronger future delivery.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

& EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Architectural or Facilities Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant FM project delivery, engineering coordination or construction supervision experience. Experience in renovation, fit-out, infrastructure, maintenance or service-improvement projects. SKILLS THAT MATTER
