Job Description: We’re looking for an Account Director to lead Influencer + VIP across a portfolio of fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands. This is not a coordination role, it’s a culture-driving, relationship-led, revenue-minded position. You should be deeply embedded in the talent ecosystem - influencers, celebrity, stylists, managers, publicists, agents, etc.

My, LTK, etc.) Identify the right mix of voices - from niche authority to mass reach - to drive both credibility and conversion Concept and execute campaigns that tap into culture, not just calendars Translate trends, moments, and emerging platforms into actionable brand opportunities VIP + Celebrity Ecosystem Own and grow relationships across: Talent managers, agents + publicists Celebrity stylists + glam teams Drive consistent celebrity dressing moments, placements, and cultural visibility Identify and secure high-impact talent partnerships (earned + paid) Secure celebrity sightings and moments that extend into media + social Execution Excellence Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer + talent campaigns: Talent sourcing + vetting Negotiation + contracting Content direction + approvals Reporting + performance optimization Lead seeding programs that actually land, not just send product Concept standout mailers and moments that cut through feeds and group chats Ensure all programs ladder back to clear KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, affiliate performance) Affiliate and Performance Integration Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems (Shop.
