Operations Internship/Praktikum, Stuttgart

The Operations team’s role is to build and improve our processes in order to offer a seamless customer experience. Our goal is to build the most efficient, highest-quality and safest operation at scale, so we can refurbish over 1 million E-bikes in the next 4 years! Analyze, improve and take ownership of key parts of our operational flow, so that our operations get better every day Go deep into our data to find optimization opportunities Design and implement processes to optimize customer experience and financial efficiency Set up tools and dashboards to get an accurate view on operations and ensure data cleanliness Manage and train Warehouse Technicians on the floor to ensure quality and speed of execution Work closely with the rest of the company (Tech, Finance, Marketing) to support fast growth and expansion Strong academic background Proficiency in German and English Great problem solving skills Attention to details and obsession for operational excellence High energy and a willingness to learn and to improve our operations every day!
