HR Generalist / HR Business Partner

OVERVIEW

Mural Group is partnering with a precision aerospace machining company to find their next HR Generalist or HR Business Partner. This is a direct hire, fully on-site role with a growing manufacturer that is building out its people function and needs someone who can own it. The Opportunity This company makes precision components for a demanding aerospace customer base.

They move fast, they hold a high standard, and their workforce is a mix of skilled machinists and technical staff who expect HR to know the floor, not just the handbook. They are not looking for a coordinator who needs hand-holding or a corporate HR professional who has never owned a hard conversation. They want someone who can walk in, assess what needs to be built, and get to work.

What You Will Own

• Full-cycle recruiting across technical and professional roles
• Employee relations, corrective action, and performance management
• Onboarding and offboarding from start to finish
• HR compliance - employment law, OSHA, federal contractor requirements
• Benefits administration and HRIS management
• Day-to-day partnership with operations and leadership on workforce decisions What They Are Looking For - 3 to 6 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a manufacturing, defense, or industrial environment
• Proven ability to handle employee relations independently - this is not a role where you escalate everything
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees
• Comfort operating as the HR point of contact with limited support structure
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus, not a requirement
