Position Highlights: The Director of Respiratory Therapy & Clinical Registries is accountable for the overall direction, clinical excellence, and daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy Department. The Director manages departmental budgets, ensures compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards and oversees staff recruitment, scheduling, evaluation, and professional development.

Acting as a clinical resource, the Director collaborates with physicians, nursing leadership, and hospital administration to drive quality improvement programs, maintain life-support equipment, and advance high standards of cardiopulmonary patient care. Manage the collection, storage, analysis and dissemination of data from participating clinical registries.
