Deputy Manager - Business Development

Deputy Manager – Business Development (EPC / Data Center Business) Role Purpose: Drive business development initiatives for Data Center projects by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the acquisition of EPC contracts. The role involves market analysis, bid management, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal stakeholders to achieve business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Data Center and allied infrastructure sector. Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders. Track market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities. Coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and presentations.

Support contract negotiations and closure of business opportunities. Work closely with engineering, estimation, project, and finance teams for bid submissions. Maintain a healthy project pipeline and provide regular business forecasts. Represent the organization at industry forums, networking events, and client meetings.

Qualifications

& Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred. 3-7 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in EPC, Data Center, Industrial, or Infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle, tendering, and contract management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
