Supervisor, Inventory Control

And as one, we deliver. We’re looking for a colleague to join our new warehouse team in Amsterdam in the position of Warehouse Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily inbound/outbound inventory operations, resolve customer issues, and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Managing daily picking & packing processes Oversee inbound process of goods Investigate and resolve inventory variances, overages, shortages, and damages. Act as a liaison between warehouse teams, customer service, and clients to resolve inventory-related issues. Manage customer claims and coordinate scrapping of obsolete or end-of-life inventory.

Provide training on inventory systems (PKMS) and ensure compliance with company policies.

What we are looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading a team within a warehouse or distribution environment Proficiency with warehouse management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry. Proven ability to manage teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and any other language skills are a plus.

Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 954 - € 44.750 (paid on 13 -month salaries + holiday allowance) The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills and experience.
