IT (Senior) After Sales Service Consultant (S/4HANA Service)

About the role

We are seeking an Senior SAP After Sales Service Consultant with +3 years of experience to support and further develop our global service and after-sales processes within SAP environments. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP Service solutions with a focus on SAP S/4HANAService.

The role includes close collaboration with business stakeholders, service organizations, process owners, and IT teams to deliver scalable and sustainable service management solutions. Join us and be part of a great team where "WE" come first . :) Key Responsibilities: Leading and supporting SAP Service transformation and rollout projects.

Supporting the transition from SAP ERP towards SAP S/4HANA Service. Analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP Service solutions. Designing and optimizing end-to-end service and after-sales processes. Configuring and customizing SAP Service applications. Creating functional specifications, user stories, test concepts, and test specifications.

Providing expert consulting, troubleshooting, and 2nd-level support. Collaborating with business, service operations, logistics, finance, and IT teams. Participating in Scrum ceremonies and agile project delivery. Driving process harmonization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification; equivalent professional experience may also be considered. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role SAP functional consulting experience in SAP CS and in SAP CRM and/or SAP S/4HANA Service: SAP Configuration and Customizing, Functional Specifications, User Story Creation, Test Concepts and Test Specifications, Incident and Problem Management, 2nd Level Support.

Experience as a Service Process Consultant in transformation environments: Requirements Engineering, Business Process Analysis, and as plus with Service Process Design and Optimization. Experience with international SAP rollouts and business transformation initiatives: Service Transformation Programs. Strong background in service operations and after-sales business processes: After-Sales Service Management, Service Order Management, Warranty Management.

Fluent English (written and spoken). Soft skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management. Strong workshop facilitation, presentation, and moderation skills. Ability to work successfully in international and cross-functional environments.
