Job Description: rocess Management: Develop and maintain ITSM processes like incident, problem, change, and request management. Tool Administration: Configure and maintain ITSM platforms (e.g., Service. Now, Jira Service Management, BMC). Service Delivery: Monitor service levels, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement.
User Support: Act as an escalation point for service issues and optimize the support workflow. Continuous Improvement: Identify, test, and implement improvements in IT infrastructure and services. Working with Embitel
