Coding Supervisor | HIM | Full Time | HYBRID (ON-SITE/REMOTE)

The Coding Supervisor oversees daily coding operations within a clinic, ambulatory care, and/or hospital setting ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely coding of patient encounters. This role supervises coding staff, maintains quality and regulatory compliance, and collaborates closely with providers and revenue cycle teams to optimize reimbursement and documentation practices. This role reports to the HIM Director.
