Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the plant. This role ensures that all machinery, equipment, Maintenance staff, and facility are properly maintained to achieve optimal production efficiency. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of maintenance technicians and work closely with other departments to support continuous improvement and safety initiatives along with production downtime, and preventive and predictive maintenance controls. *This position is based in a manufacturing plant environment, which may involve exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, and varying temperatures. The role will require occasional evening or weekend work to address urgent maintenance issues or complete special projects.
