Operating Partner, Agriculture Fireclay Partners is building a technology-native investment bank. Operating Partners extend our sector expertise and help transaction teams understand the operating realities, relationships, and strategic questions that matter in agriculture.

What You Will Do

Bring credible senior operating experience and sector judgment to selected client and transaction situations. Help bankers interpret industry dynamics, business models, operating risks, and strategic priorities. Contribute structured expertise, observations, and reusable insight through Fireclay's proprietary technology platform, Forge.

Collaborate with deal teams on research, diligence, positioning, and relevant market relationships. Engage selectively and professionally while protecting client confidentiality and avoiding conflicts. Who Thrives Here Senior executives, operators, advisers, or investors with meaningful leadership experience in agriculture or adjacent sectors.

Strong judgment, communication skills, commercial credibility, and a useful professional network. Open-mindedness toward AI, structured data, and modern technology as tools for organizing and applying expertise. Willingness to contribute knowledge in a structured, disciplined way and collaborate with a technology-native banking team.
