Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance. Coordinate engineering, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee project planning, procurement, installation, startup, and commissioning. Manage project change orders, identify risks, and resolve challenges proactively.

Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders. Lead project teams to deliver quality work safely, on time, and within budget.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of project management experience or 5+ years of relevant commercial construction experience. Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, or related technologies. Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.

Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Join Our Team!
