Service Technician

TITLE- Project Engineer (CWR) Location – Karwar WD No: WD30273125 What You Will Do Lead end-to-end execution of retrofits, AMC, and service activities for AC & Refrigeration, HVAC, and Fire Systems in Karwar Yard . Act as the Single Point of Contact for customer escalations. Prepare and share weekly progress reports with the Project Manager.

Ensure all orders are executed in a commercially effective manner. Manage service teams and subcontractors; allocate resources and monitor progress for timely completion . Maintain timely and effective communication with customers regarding status, delays, and payments. Ensure Health and Safety compliance for all site teams.

How You Will Do It Understand contractual obligations /scope and develop detailed execution plans. Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify gaps and implement solutions to meet customer requirements. Interpret customers’ needs and plan activities to exceed expectations . Identify training needs and facilitate skill development within the team.

What We Look For Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 10–12 years in service/project execution on Naval & Marine ships . Technical Knowledge: AC Plants, Air Handling Units, Heat Exchangers, Ventilation Fans, and other HVAC components. Skills Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Indian Navy Artificers with hands-on experience in AC/HVAC/Fire systems.
