Operations and Growth Internship

Position Overview

The Business Operations & Growth Intern will support core business functions including operations, marketing, financial tracking, and internal process development. This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate interested in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, operations, or management. You will gain exposure to how a service-based company runs on a day-to-day basis — and how it scales.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in improving internal systems and operational workflows Support marketing initiatives, including social media and local brand efforts Help track financial performance and basic budgeting metrics Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements Assist with customer experience process improvements Support special projects related to growth and expansion Coordinate scheduling and internal communication as needed What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in small business operations Direct exposure to ownership and leadership decision-making Experience across multiple business functions Insight into service industry management and growth Professional development in communication and problem-solving Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Driven and self-motivated Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable communicating professionally with customers and team members Interested in business operations, marketing, or entrepreneurship Able to take initiative and work independently Proficient with basic technology tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)

Preferred (But Not Required) Business, marketing, finance, or management major Previous customer service experience Interest in working in a growing local company environment Compensation & Structure This position is unpaid Flexible scheduling around class commitments Opportunity for full-time employment after graduation
