Through our smart logistics platform, Cello, we deliver innovative supply chain solutions to leading companies worldwide optimizing everything from transport to warehouse operations.

In this role, you would support operations related to the acceptance, release, and registration of sample and marketing Samsung products, the entire product portfolio of all divisions. As part of your daily work, you would have contact with a number of internal customers from sales or marketing departments and external customers.

We are working in a system environment of several systems where the documentation based on Microsoft; the goods registered in the SAP and WMS systems. In order to carry out everyday tasks, it is necessary to register products, events related to receipt / release of products; contacts with the external warehouse and monitor releases from the internal warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Registering of products and issuing goods received documents for external deliveries Receiving, verification and processing goods received from internal client Releasing goods based on accepted request form the users Daily communication with warehouse in line with inbound outbound, grading, storage processes. Being responsible for documentation on product movements (e.

g. protocols) Ensuring adherence to established procedures regarding vehicle usage and verifying the requirements for individuals requesting a rental Periodic inventory of products. Reporting on regular basis selected data/KPIs Extensive e-mail communication with all departments in the company Cooperating with the internal and external clients on daily basis Requirements Our expectations Advanced English, both written and spoken Knowledge of MS office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) Good computer skills - experience in working in the SAP environment will be an additional advantage Personality - we are looking for a pragmatic, meticulous and well-organized person Experience is not required - processing operations related to returns, orders, material accounting will be an additional advantage What we offer Welcoming, friendly and international work environment A role with real impact on operational efficiency and process improvement.
