• Coating is responsible for the overall supervision, training, development and productivity of the supervisory workforce in the coating department. The individual shift supervisors responsible for each of the four shifts will report to this position. The incumbent will ensure safety and work rules are uniformly enforced across all shifts. They will ensure work routines and procedures are executed according to plan.
