Product Manager, ready to lead transformation | SEB, Vilnius

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the prioritisation and coordination of technology development for a dedicated team of developers. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business, technology and delivery, ensuring that development capacity is directed toward the initiatives that create the greatest value.

You will translate business needs, strategic objectives and technical requirements into a clear and actionable development roadmap and provide the development team with well-defined priorities. About the role

As Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of development priorities and backlog. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects and other product and technology teams to balance immediate needs with longer-term strategic and technical priorities.
