Head - D2C House of Brands

​ Koozo Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is a Gurgaon-based eCommerce company with established, revenue-generating D2C brands that have achieved product-market validation. We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader to scale our brands from 1 → 10 , driving business growth, operations, and profitability. The ideal candidate should have experience scaling D2C brands across Shopify, marketplaces, and quick commerce.

Experience in performance marketing is a plus. We value a strong ownership mindset, high-frequency execution, data-driven decision-making, and smart use of AI and automation. We’re looking for someone who can own outcomes, not just strategy , and work closely with the founder.

Requirements

Existing experience in scaling D2C brands across Shopify, marketplaces, and quick commerce. Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
