Join Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation and the largest replacement window company in the U.S. We're looking for an energetic Promotional Specialist to represent our brand at home shows, retail locations, community events, HOA meetings, trade shows, and our showroom.

As a Promotional Specialist, you'll engage with homeowners, educate them about our products, and help create opportunities for our sales team while supporting local marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

Represent Renewal by Andersen at events throughout the Montoursville, PA area Engage with homeowners and prospective customers Educate customers about our premium replacement window and door solutions Generate qualified leads and appointments for our sales team Build strong relationships with customers and event partners Promote brand awareness and create positive customer experiences Support local marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the team Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence at all events Work both indoors and outdoors depending on event location What We're Looking For Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Customer service, retail, hospitality, event marketing, or lead generation experience preferred Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Ability to stand for extended periods during events Professional appearance and attitude Why Join Renewal by Andersen?
