Engagement Specialist, Supporting Our Survivors

JFS is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven SOS Engagement Specialist to join our Supporting Our Survivors (SOS) team in San Diego. In this role, you will use trauma-informed care, cultural competency, and strong communication skills to support survivors, strengthen community connections, and improve access to essential services.

Reporting to the SOS Program Manager, the SOS Engagement Specialist plays a key role in promoting participant dignity, independence, and well-being while collaborating with teams across JFS to create meaningful impact throughout San Diego County.
