As a vital asset to the student services division, you will collaborate closely with educators, families, and administrators to design and implement meaningful interventions that drive student success. Further Details: Direct Counseling: Deliver impactful individual and small-group counseling sessions tailored to student needs. Assessments & Plans: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to formulate targeted social-emotional and behavioral intervention strategies. IEP Synergy: Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights during multidisciplinary team consultations.

Crisis Response: Provide immediate, skilled intervention and support during critical or high-stress student situations. Community & Care Coordination: Partner with teachers, families, and local community agencies to bridge gaps and streamline essential support services. Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed, compliant documentation to meticulously monitor and report student development.

Requirements

Masters Degree or higher in Social Work required. Experience in working within the MTSS framework. Prefer PBIS, CPI and Crisis Intervention training and experience. Experience in a school environment and in a center-based program preferred. Experience working with students with Emotional Impairments preferred. School Social Work Licensure/Temporary or Full School Approval for School Social Worker.
