  • Make an Impact with PwC We're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Technology team. In this role, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals who are committed to solving important challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients and communities. You'll provide 2nd Line support to our clients through a ticketing system as well as phone support, both onsite and remotely, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and supporting clients in delivering their IT projects. As our new Senior Systems Engineer, you will: Lead operational support of IT Infrastructure and cloud technologies, including Windows Servers, Linux Servers, virtualisation platforms, storage, and networks Collaborate with the Applications team to design the supporting environment for client solutions Provide technical system analysis and deliver effective solutions Design, integrate, and manage complex platform solutions Determine infrastructure requirements by evaluating business strategies and needs Support and enhance existing systems, platforms, applications, and services by recommending and implementing improvements that boost performance and reliability Monitor and manage issues and risks, escalating appropriately Prepare documentation following project implementation Receive ongoing training to gain certifications on our vendors' products and stay abreast of the latest technologies About You: We're looking for someone who: Holds a degree in ICT, Engineering, or a related field, or has a minimum of 4 years' experience working in an enterprise IT environment Works efficiently both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team Has knowledge of virtualisation , cloud, storage, and networking technologies, with the ability to build enterprise architecture roadmaps Has experience designing and implementing enterprise IT infrastructure. Is familiar with multiple operating systems, including Windows and Linux Has awareness of Hybrid Integration Platforms Communicates effectively in English Holds a valid driving licence (required) Beneficial to Have: HPE Certifications ( mainly Storage and Servers) Microsoft Certifications Linux Certifications Experience using Aruba networking products Experience with database management systems, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
