Skilled Helper

( For Saudi National Only ) Responsibilities: Pre-Make ready:

• Help in preparing RM / ORM on the machine. Start Up/ Job Setting:
• Ensure that the Raw Materials are fed in the barrels.
• Ensure that all ORM are near the machine (cores, air bubbles ect...).
• Help in preparing the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket. Job Production:
• Checks & loads various RM/ ORM around the clock.
• Prepares pallets and packing material around the clock. - handles the packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing and transferring of finished rolls.
• Acquires all needed paperwork & materials (documents, parts, tools…) from related sections.
• Disposes of generated waste.
• Assists Team leader, Lead operator and operator upon request.
• To report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator and operator.
• Assist the operator to reach the KPI target. Skills:
• Controlling equipment.
• Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. Knowledge:
