IP Analyst - Docketing/Paralegal

We are now inviting applications from enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Senior IP Analyst/IP Analyst (Docketing & Paralegal) at our Noida-based office. Job Title: Senior IP Analyst / IP Analyst Experience Required: 1-5 years Location : Noida Work Mode: Work from Office Job Description: Develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of intellectual property office rules and procedures.

Continuously maintains an accurate and update-to-date docket within a docketing database. Maintaining IP records and reviewing files. Creates and maintains files within a database that documents prosecution history for an intellectual property matter, including unfilled matters, file intake and file transfers. Adhere to quality process guidelines.

Review PTO communication to ensure accuracy of bibliographic data in filing receipts and other related documents issued during prosecution and docket them in the IP software. Responsible for assisting with developing, documenting, and maintaining up-to-date client specific processes and procedures. Responsible for Deadline Management.

Responsible for documenting/tracking daily work and providing data regarding the same to the Team Manager. Performing other administrative tasks as needed. IDS preparation.

Requirements

1. Any bachelor's degree. 2. 1-5 years of experience in IPR (Docketing & Paralegal) can apply.
2. Extensive knowledge of patent filing and review. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
3. Strong time management and listening skills; expertise in productivity management.
4. Immediate Joiners will be given preference.
5. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
6. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
