Sr. NPI Test Engineer

Roles and Responsibility:

• Drive New Product Introduction Test activities at subcontractor factories
• Support the setup and review of manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with relevant parties (Business line engineering team, Test Designer, Planners, Suppliers) on new product introduction, yield improvement, and test cost reduction projects
• Drive qualifying new test hardware at subcontractor factories
• Have knowledge of Tester Software, Test Program (Advantest, Teradyne, etc.), and Test Data Analysis
• Support Security Testing Certification process at subcontractor factories
• Good communication skills. Participate in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team meetings
• Provide technical expertise and support all test related issues and test procedures at OSAT
• Provide support for yield improvement through detail analysis, problem solving and teamwork with cross functional team Requirements:
• Minimum University Degree qualification in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Product and Test Engineering
• Basic problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of Digital, Mixed Signal test (or willingness to learn)
• Experience working on test equipment such as ATE tester, handlers or prober (or willingness to learn)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
• Able to work independently with good initiative to overcome technical challenges
