Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in May 2022 and is a growing team of two with a strong foundation in the business. Before opening my own agency, I helped build my wife’s State Farm agency, which gave me valuable experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed. I come from a State Farm family and have been married since 2007, with one child in college.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, soccer, and golfing. We stay connected to the community by supporting local events and small businesses. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
