Job description

The Net. Suite Administrator exists to own, operate, and continuously improve Omilia's Oracle Net. Suite ERP environment — a complex One. World setup spanning four legal entities with multi-currency, multi-book accounting, ARM-driven revenue recognition, and live Greek fiscal compliance. This role is the single point of technical accountability for Net.

Suite at Omilia, sitting at the intersection of Finance operations and enterprise systems. The successful individual works autonomously as a trusted partner to Finance, Engineering, and external auditors, ensuring the system is always audit-ready, integrated, and aligned to business needs. Accountabilities Own and govern the Net.

Suite ERP environment end-to-end, including system health, change control, and continuous improvement across all subsidiaries. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of multi-book accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidated financial reporting in Net. Suite One. World. Maintain and evolve the Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module to support compliant, audit-ready revenue recognition under IFRS 15 / ASC 606.

Act as the primary technical owner of Net. Suite integrations, ensuring reliable data flow between Net. Suite and billing, CRM, and payroll platforms. Sustain audit readiness across SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and statutory frameworks by maintaining system documentation, access controls, and change evidence. Drive Net. Suite development and improvement projects, liaising with implementation partners and evaluating Suite.

Key Responsibilities

Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls across all subsidiaries within the One. World environment. Maintain and improve saved searches, custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs for Finance and Leadership stakeholders. Administer accounting period opens/closes and coordinate month-end and year-end system tasks.

Configure and maintain Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) — Revenue Arrangements, Revenue Elements, and Recognition Rules — for SaaS subscription contracts. Troubleshoot revenue recognition discrepancies across primary and secondary accounting books. Administer multi-book accounting setup (primary EUR/USD and secondary EUR/USD books) and monitor intercompany transaction matching, elimination entries, and FX postings.

Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Net. Suite and third-party platforms including billing, CRM, and payroll systems. Build and maintain saved searches, SuiteQL queries, and workflows to automate Finance operations. Support the myDATA integration for Greek VAT and fiscal reporting compliance. Maintain change logs, system documentation, and control evidence for internal and external auditors.

Lead or participate in Net. Suite improvement and implementation projects, and evaluate Suite. Apps or third-party tools to expand capabilities.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on Net. Suite administration experience. Proven experience with Net. Suite One. World in a multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environment — non-negotiable. Strong working knowledge of Net. Suite multi-book accounting (primary and secondary books). Experience configuring the Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module.

Proficiency in SuiteQL for custom reporting and data extraction. Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals: debits/credits, intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

Suite. Script 2.x experience for workflow automation and scripting. IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition in a SaaS context. IFRS 16 lease accounting in Net. Suite. Fixed Asset Management (FAM) module experience. Experience integrating Net. Suite with billing platforms such as Nue, Zuora, or Salesforce CPQ. Exposure to Greek myDATA or similar e-invoicing and fiscal reporting integrations.

Net. Suite Administrator or Suite. Foundation certification. Net. Suite Suite. Analytics Workbook experience. Background in enterprise SaaS or PE-backed technology environments. Omilia Note
