Job description
Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients. Provide and perform oversight, delegation, and coordination of total nursing care with other health care team members to meet holistic care needs of patients. Utilize the nursing process to prioritize and oversee all patient care delivered during assigned shift while maintaining quality standards of the organization.
