Sua missão é orquestrar a execução do Business Agility e o redesenho de processos, garantindo que as diretrizes estratégicas sejam traduzidas em operações fluidas, eliminando gargalos organizacionais e conectando a agilidade ao resultado da companhia What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Implementação de Modelos de Operação: Coordenar a adoção de novos Ways of Working e metodologias ágeis nos times, garantindo a execução tática da cultura de Growth, adaptação e experimentação no dia a dia da organização. Engenharia de Processos e Fluxos: Operacionalizar desenhos de cadeia de valor, aplicando práticas de engenharia de processos para mapear, simplificar e implementar fluxos de trabalho transversais rápidos e eficientes.

Conexão Estratégia-Operação: Suportar o entendimento do design organizacional na ponta, identificando oportunidades de melhoria estrutural e adaptações junto aos líderes de negócio, Habilitação Tecnológica: Atuar na facilitação e integração prática das novas ferramentas digitais e da mentalidade IA-First/Agentização nas rotinas e fluxos de trabalho repensados.

Atuação Consultiva e Monitoramento: Atuar como parceiro consultivo com foco nos níveis Tático (coordenação end-to-end) e Operacional (eficiência e autonomia dos times), garantindo métricas de progresso.
