About Us

AltaML is an applied artificial intelligence company, building and deploying solutions for organizations where the problems are real and the stakes are high, across public sector, construction, energy, and finance. We believe in making small bets, failing fast, and being better together. We are on the lookout for creative problem-solvers, out-of-the-box thinkers who strive to solve big problems alongside clients, and early tech adopters driven to achieve success.

We don't hire for fit; we hire to add. We are looking for people who play by our core values of being: Agile, Gritty, Humble, and Happy. If you're passionate about AI/ML, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to work with a diverse team of wickedly smart people, we want to hear from you! Technical Product Manager @ AltaML Own the technical roadmap for Alta.

Forge, our AI platform. You'll shape what the platform costs, what it can do, and what every solution built on it inherits. From model trade-offs and sovereign deployment to what becomes shared infrastructure versus a one-off. The work is hands-on: real technical discovery, quick spikes with AI tools to validate frameworks yourself, and staying ahead of agentic programming trends to inform what we build next.

Your developers and engineers are your clients too. You serve them so they can serve ours. This is also the seat closest to the agentic layer we're building over our own tools, where agents do the work and people sign off.
