  • Experience managing payment posting from lockbox, EFT/ACH, payment/payer portal, and virtual card payment reconciliation
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer refund and overpayment regulations
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold staff accountable to productivity and quality standards
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation templates) for analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills, including presenting results to leadership
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing daily and month-end deadlines EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING Required:
  • High school diploma required

  • Experience with Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and/or Professional Billing, including cash posting work queues (e.g., Unapplied Cash WQ, Credit Balance WQ) and Epic reporting tools
  • Prior ownership of month-end cash close and reconciliation reporting for a hospital or health system
  • Experience leading staff in a multi-facility or health system environment
