Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant Location: Beaumont at Bryn Mawr | Bryn Mawr, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for a weekday Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Beaumont at Bryn Mawr. This could be a great fit for a PTA who is looking for flexible weekday hours while still having the chance to build relationships and provide meaningful, individualized care.

What You’ll Do Provide physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s goals and needs Build positive relationships with residents and the people involved in their care Communicate resident progress, concerns, and changes in condition with the supervising Physical Therapist Collaborate with nursing staff and other members of the interdisciplinary team Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems Be part of a positive, supportive therapy environment What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing A genuine interest in working with older adults Strong communication and collaboration skills A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care Per Diem at Benchmark Flexible weekday scheduling No regular monthly coverage requirement Work at least once every six months to remain active Support from accessible clinical leadership A collaborative, relationship-focused therapy team Whether you’re looking to add a few weekday hours to your current schedule or simply stay connected to patient care, we’d be happy to tell you more about the opportunity and the team at Beaumont at Bryn Mawr.
