Assistant Branch Manager - Northern Illinois Branches

The Assistant Branch Manager supports one or more branches in achieving strategic organizational goals while fostering an exceptional member and employee experience. This role partners closely with the Branch Manager to ensure superior member service, operational efficiency, and team development. The ABM serves as a coach and leader, actively identifying team strengths and areas for growth.

They support onboarding, performance, retention, and engagement efforts. With a strong understanding of member needs and market dynamics, the ABM assists in implementing targeted sales and service strategies that align with MSUFCU’s mission and values. They help maintain the branch’s safety, appearance, and brand standards, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
