Team Member - 2nd Shift Positions Available

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Proactively look out for individual and team safety Provide creative/innovative ideas and solutions through problem-solving efforts, continuous Improvement (Kaizen) projects and in support of Total Quality Management techniques Voice concerns and problem areas to Team Leaders, and help solve the problem Maintain a strict adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures, thereby clearly identifying irregularities that may cause damage or inefficiency and prescribing corrective measures to improve these processes Report to work station prepared to work at beginning of shift, and the ability to work overtime, as needed.

Communicate with Team and Team Leaders to help continuous flow Apply sound problem-solving skills in order to maintain a high standard of quality to our customers Work at different work stations as production needs require, and be able to gain proficiency in all processes in a reasonable amount of time per instructions/training provided QUALIFICATIONS Work necessary overtime to support customer demand Excellent attendance Able to work safely around all production processes Safely lift 25 lbs, unaided, and up to 75lbs with assistance Must possess good mechanical aptitude and follow standardized work History of experience with simple hand tools and measuring devices COMPANY INFORMATION Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company HSA Contribution Company Paid HRA, STD and Life Insurance 401k with 100% Company Match Up to 4% PTO (including 14 Company Paid Holidays) Optional Life, AD&D and LTD Available Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement Additional Supplemental Insurance SHIFTS 2nd shift Monday
