• Language: English / Japanese ▶︎ Position Overview: Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Japanese Bilingual Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic, international business environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with executives, collaborate with global teams, and play a key role in ensuring seamless business operations. ▶︎ What will you do: ・Provide high-level administrative support, including executive calendar management and meeting coordination. ・Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and expense reporting. ・Coordinate executive meetings, corporate events, and business functions. ・Facilitate bilingual communication between executives, internal teams, and external partners. ・Prepare business documents, correspondence, and basic translations. ・Support administrative operations, invoice processing, and workflow improvements. ・Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all executive interactions. etc. ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills: ・5+ years of executive administrative or related experience. ・Professional bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English. ・Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette. ・Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools. ・Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. ・Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX. ▶︎ Preferred Qualifications: ・Experience supporting senior executives in a global or multicultural organization. ・Experience with corporate travel, expense management, and event coordination. ・Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
