Rrds, Headway

The PH/RRDS will work in tandem with the same position in the other waiver program with a heavy focus on recruitment and training of new agencies in the region for the Buffalo Region. In addition, the position will be the primary RRDS for the waiver housing programs administration. The position will be knowledgeable of all waiver regulations, including DOH data base usage, UAS training, record tracking and review, and if needed processing referrals and doing intakes.

The focus of the position will be recruiting and helping agencies in becoming waiver providers and then work with the agencies in completing all necessary training. The position will also be involved in review and approval of Emods.
